NKU Health Coach
Meet with Linda, NKU Health Coach and smoking cessation facilitator, to set a personalized plan for smoking cessation. This is a free, on-campus resource available to all NKU employees. Call 572-7780 to schedule your one-on-one appointment. You may schedule as many appointments as needed. Nicotine Replacement Therapy samples and discount coupons available through health coaching.


Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Find online resources and support or schedule an appointment to meet with an EAP counselor who can help with an individualized support plan (receive up to 8 appointments free of charge for NKU employees).
