20 Minute Easy Stretch

Tuesdays/Thursdays beginning January 17

12:40pm-1pm in the Campus Rec Auxiliary Gym

Faculty and staff only. Attend one or both days. No registration necessary.

Sitting at a desk. The aging process. Arthritis. Old injuries. Tension and stress. All these things can leave your body feeling stiff, tight, achy and sore.

Simple and gentle stretching can help alleviate your pain and discomfort, as well as relax your mind. Take care of your body and mind with 20 Minute Easy Stretch every Tuesday and Thursday this semester. Mats will be available or bring your own.
