You are what you eat (and drink)!

If you consume a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, lean meats and whole grains your body will be fueled well, able to take on the challenges each day brings. If you fill your body with foods and drinks that are full of sugar, fat and unhealthy additives you will probably consume too many calories and your body will not function optimally.
