  • Thursdays at 12:30 in UC Cafeteria. Begins September 17th for fall. Improve flexibility, balance and strength by participating in these 30 minute gentle movement classes. Each week you will learn specific movements and breathing techniques that can be beneficial in alleviating a number of discomforts associated with various health conditions such as osteoarthritis, sore knees, lower back pain, migraines and more. Appropriate for all levels of fitness
