Yoga As You Are (YAYA) is a gentle yoga class designed for employees during the lunch hour. You will feel refreshed and energized after 20-30 minutes of stretching and thoughtful meditation. It is not necessary to bring a mat or change into work-out clothes as you will not get on the floor. However, comfortable footwear (or bare feet) is recommended. |
